MedFleet USA, LLC (“MedFleet,” “we,” “us”) rents and sells medical equipment and supplies to healthcare facilities in Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through medfleetusa.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you enter in our order form or chat: your name, title, facility, email, phone, delivery address, and order details.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may log for security.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the order form is submitted. Google may set cookies to do this. No patient information
Our website is not designed to receive protected health information. Please identify equipment needs by facility, room, unit, or asset tag only, and do not include patient names or health information in forms, chat, or email.
How we use it
- To respond to requests, confirm and fulfill orders, deliver and pick up equipment, and invoice.
- To send service messages related to your account or orders.
- To protect our site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, analytics provider, and live chat provider, and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
